Description
The Tur'tak Craft Carrier is the Imperium's answer to deliver massive amounts of fighters and bombers who otherwise have no FTL capability,the carrier would warp alongside a Imperial fleet to provide massed amounts of piloted support.
The carrier despite being slow and vulnerable contains more firepower then a standard Pherix Corvette and it's common strategy to have these carriers unleash their firepower on enemy ships while the fighters disembark from the carrier's hangars.With a crew of 20 alongside the pilots of the fighter craft which can number anywhere from 150 to 300 depending on the type of fighter/bomber being stored in the hanger.
Commanded by a Commodore trained in the prestigious Imperial Naval Academy,one should never underestimate the slow moving hive lest it unleashes it's swarm of deadly pilots.
