It Was Coming Empty
Private#1PostSubject: It Was Coming   It Was Coming EmptySun Nov 26, 2017 7:40 am

As it was coming to a point where he could no longer stand to be stuck inside the Coven's strict rules and needs of it's prince. Many days ago he found himself on one of the cargo ships that brought in their well, nourishment. From there he took public transport, from there Seraph was now here, sitting here in a bar. Drinking a bloody marry without an vodka, or anything close to liquor mixed in it. Something about the vitamins inside the tomato fruit that gave vampires like him just enough buzz to keep him from ripping the throat out of some of these patrons in this bar. Long nails gently tapped against the table of wood, decor that made no fashionable sense surrounded him, and through it all, all he wanted was something exciting.

Least I could be feasting on real bloody marries.

Blast it all, if he knew the galaxy was this boring, Seraph would have stayed home.

It Was Coming Empty

Isabella grinned. The terrain stretched out before, a blanket of snow and frost. She huddled against the fire, shivering while gazing around at the ice hanging from the little cover ice overhead. She sighed, allowing for a cloud to escape from the warmth of her lips. Her cheeks were cherry red from the cold and her eyes sparkled with tears but not from pain. She shuddered.

Somewhere, far away, a pack of winter wolves hollowed at the full moon, or maybe it was from the delight of catching prey. A grin slid and slid off Isabella's mouth, too weak to appear for long. Growl. Isabella flinched, but then realized that she was hungry. She clenched at her stomach, grabbing at her bag. No food. She sighed, choking back a sob. She knew she shouldn't have came here. She wanted to find a special herb only found in the coldest of places but obviously this was the wrong plqce--it was too cold. Isabella struggled to her feet and jumped up and down on heels to shake out the snow on her clothing. She warmed her hands by the fire for a moment before turning around and getting a hidden object from a small indenture in the ground. She threw it into her bag and grabbed it, leaving the fire behind her as she stomped into the winter storm that night.

Isabella made it to the city exhausted. She could barely keep herself from falling into the ground. She dragged her bag along, a small frown on her face and her eyes squinted from the fatigue. She slowly looked around, hefting her bag onto her shoulder. To some she may have looked like a hunter, since the bag looked large enough to hold a deer. But there was other strange stuff in there than some common game. Isabella noticed some noise coming from a building not that far away and went over. It was restaurant. She didn't have enough money on her to pay for anything at the moment so she just asked for the way to the closest tavern. The employee must have noticed how tired she was so he told her to ride the bus to a bar, where she should recommend him to the bartender. She thanked him and trudged over to the bus station.

After a riding the bus, and nearly missing her stop, she went into the bar, nearly falling against the door but she gathering enough strength to walk in with a little dignity and sat in the closest seat to the bartender. Some guy, or was it a woman, was close by and she lifted a hand. "Isabella, sir," she said, and then she fell asleep.
