Oblivion is a desolate planet created for the purpose of imprisoning the guilty, wicked, corrupt, and evil souls of the material realms. It's jurisdiction stretches across every plane except the Celestial, so it requires a specialised 'policing' force. These are the Wardens. Usually dressed in grey robes, these mysterious yet deadly beings wield blades enchanted with Purge Magic, allowing them to fend off any force of evil they come across. Their leader is known as The Judge, as he usually sentences those sent to Oblivion upon their arrival.

Wardens who remain on Oblivion are known as Sentinels, as it is their job to guard the prisons and cells of the wicked. They stand eternally on guard to fulfill their purpose and do not hesitate to slay or imprison any intruders or invaders. Meanwhile, the Warden Rangers head out into the galaxy and track down the guilty, making use of enchanted chains or stasis spells to imprison their targets and bring them back for sentencing.

Most Wardens choose two curved blades, much like sickles, to enchant with Purge energy. Alongside these they make use of White Magic; including Holy energy, Purgatory energy, and some Purge spells. These are mostly channeled from their grey armour which is heavily enchanted to resist dark magic.
