Type: Metallic spherical drone
Use: Collects and stores data,projects data and acts like a mini-computer used alongside a control console/Holo-gauntlet
Rarity: Uncommon
            

Strengths:

  • Collects vast amounts of data.
  • Hovers,scanner rays are invisible to the naked eye.
  • Self-efficient power cell.
  • Can transmit data on a holographic video display. 
  • Anti-gravity cell allows it to float in mid air.



Weaknesses:

  • No means of self-defence,
  • Vulnerable to damage be it melee or ranged.
  • Should the data core be breached via hacking the D-Sphere will activate a purge protocol,deleting all information before overloading it's core rendering the sphere damaged beyond repair,only skilled hackers can breach this protocol.



Description:The Data Sphere was invented during the Varanus's first industrial era eons ago.The Sphere's design would evolve alongside it's creators as the years passed.It was the primary form of storing and collecting data with a mobile computing device.The Confederacy would use this sphere to great effect in the "Great War" to scan battlefields littered with fallen enemies.When the Imperium took power they modified the sphere for use to both military and civilian sectors.Today the D-Sphere holds a important position in everyday Varanus life being one of the most useful utility items in all industries.

The size of the sphere is comparable to  an earth apple.

Revamp complete changes include:

Added "hovering ability" as a strength.

Made the strengths and weaknesses look nicer.
